Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
• Handle all aspects of tax filing, including TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and other tax-related compliance requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of various financial reports, statements, and schedules.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management for financial planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of TDS regulations and tax filing procedures.
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountant).
• Experience in conducting financial audits.
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning).
