• Sale deed of the property
• Title deed (In the name of a lawful owner)
• Conversion certificate of the land from agricultural to non-agricultural use (If agriculture land earlier)
• Clear Blueprint showing property’s location
• Clear Blueprint with property’s dimensions & specifications
• Certificate or receipts of any improvement charges paid to BBMP
• Occupancy certificate (OC)
• Khata extract Certificate
